For me, I think that is not wrong if they are dating in the extent that is not beyond the line of students.
They should love each other and share the time for learning together as well as encourage to each other to study and work.
Does not make their education or their life to be broken because of their love.

Being in a relationship is okay if you can manage your time, give time to each other yet give your full time to your studies. EDUCATION is important. It cant be stolen from you.
