A good night's sleep is incredibly important for your health.
1.Good sleep can maximize problem-solving skills and enhance memory. Poor sleep has been shown to impair brain function.
2.Getting at least eight hours of sleep can improve your immune function and help fight the common cold.

I always concern about my sleeping time. I have to sleep enough, nonetheless, I might feel tired for the entire day. I also have high blood pressure if I don't get enough sleep. Moreover, not getting enough can cause Alzheimer as well. Sleeping is the most important thing for our health. Work hard is fine but don't forget to sleep well.

There is a major reason that people are unhappy that has nothing to do with any of those things: we are not getting enough sleep.
Getting enough sleeping is where we deal with the emotional issues that we cannot deal with in our waking state. Dreaming allows us to rationalize our fears and desires; it allows us to get over our frustrations.
