Cannot count! Haha I use my phone a lot in a day and I think I use my phone more than 100 times per day.
I think I should reduce it. It is not good for our health.
I use it for entertaining myself and contacting my friends and family.

I usually use my phone. On monday to friday, i always take phone with me all the time. It is very easy and comfortable when i want to search information or know the definition of word for doing work.
On saturday and sunday, i always take it far away from me. I want to have my space for thinking or relax myself.

Personally, i use telephone every time except bedtime. Telephone like a 33 organs of our body ,without telephone our daily life difficult and tight. For sure, it has a bad effect if we use it in the bad way, so we have to use it in the needed time .

In the morning, I use mobile phone to check notifications from my teachers and my friends.
After that, I use mobile phone to post somethings on Twitter and Instagram.
At night, I use mobile phone to listening to music and set the alarm clock.
