In my opinion, I think thinking in a positive way is a good way of being happy.
If you want to live happily, you should be positive. You can do everything you want which make yourselves happy.
Moreover, keep smiling to everything which you face during the day and do not be serious. You just make it easy, then you will live happily.

You just make today to be the best for you.
Before you do something you just tell yourself that it is your decision. It is the best for you now.
I will not be sad for the result because it is the best and I choose it myself.
Only the easy way like this that may help you be more happy.

Talking with someone who can understand and share experiences with me.
I am a talkative person so I would like to talk with a positive thinking person.
Trying to avoid overthinking is one of the choices that I always do it.

There are a lot of ways to make my life happy; listening to music, watching Korean series, shopping, sleeping, eating and running. The most important thing is changing your attitude because If you're overthinking and bored something easy, you become stress person. In your life, you don't also face happiness.

I'm a person who really stress. I would like to find the way to heal my stress. It will make my life more birthright to be happy.
I have read on internet that the way to heal stress is meditation can help managing stress better and feel great.
One of important thing is spending time with my loves of my life.

Be a positive thinking person. When some one talk bad to me, rude. I just thing it's sound of bird or wind . So I don't keep it in to my mind.
Bring the past as a lesson to improve my self. Also, Go out to some where that you never go before. You will get new idea ,new friend.
Finally do what you want to do . It will make your life happy. Don't worry about the result just do your best. Then you life will be happy.

Go to somewhere new in nature that makes my life happier.
I always find another good outdoor challenge. Pick a sunny day, and then go to a park, preserve or other natural area for the day that I never been to before.
