I like running just like my friend (above comment). I think it's fun running around without feeling
tired. Now I can say I can run longer than before without being tired. I need to practice more
to make my body gets used to. Also, I really want to take a boxing course, I might get it in the near
future.

I like to jogging and running.
I often run around 45 minutes per day. My goal of running is at least 5 k.m.I am going to lose weight. I do exercise like a routine of around 1 month. I usually go to this exercising at MSU gymnasium. Sometimes, I go dancing aerobic.

I prefer aerobic exercise like jogging improves my body's ability to deliver oxygen to my muscles.
It also helps my muscles to become more efficient at using that oxygen.
The more I exercise it, the better my heart works, and this reduces the risk of a heart attack.

I prefer playing soccer. It is a kind of exercise that I prefer to do. 
It is the game that is played in team. I think it is the interesting activities.
I can exercise and enjoy to play at the same time.

For me, I have ever tried many kinds of exercises, I found that I don't like any kinds of exercises. LOL. I don't like anything that makes me tired, I prefer sleeping. But I know that exercise makes me stronger, so I choose Aerobic Dance. It is the kind of exercise that I enjoy the most. I can watch Youtube in my room and dance along with the clips. I don't need to play for gym. It saves my money.

I prefer playing badminton It's easy to play. Sometime I go running but rarely.
I'm a lazy person I don't like to do exercise I love spending my time in my bed.
If you have any suggestion or interesting workout pls recommend me.

Actually, I do not like to do exercise but if I have to choose, I will choose running and jogging.
I like running because it doesn't use any equipment and it too easy to do.
I can spend just a few minutes to do running and it can burn a lot of calories.

Playing sport is my answer.
I am a person who like to play sport even though I am not good at any sport.
Badminton is one of my favorite sport. Last semester, I played badminton with my friends almost everyday. That is a good moment!
Moreover, I enjoy playing volley ball but I have no ball and team.

I like running is the best way to exercise for me.
I really don't have a free time to care myself to exercise in each day.
Sometimes, I usually run around the pool that it is nears the new hall in the old campus of MSU.
I have a purpose to exercise about 2 times per week after this week.
I hope I can do it If I have a free time to do this activity.

I love every kind of exercise!!! Usually i like to run and cardio.
and another fun exercise is ZUMBA! it's really is. i love to dance btw.
so it can be fun and healthy together. Swimming is fun activity too, but it ruin my hair and skin.
if you take times in the pool, it will harm your body as well. so i should cardio for 20 mins, if i have time though. LOL

I like running and jogging. Running and jogging are the exercise that use all body to move. Moreover, these kind of exercise do not need for any equipment except for a running shoes. Exercise help people cope with anxiety and stress even we’re done working out. So, running makes me happier.

I prefer work out exercise. For me, it is the most effective exercise because it burn every part of body and made me firm.
I don't want to exercise outside my room. I recomment cardio exercise to you.

I like running, bodyweight, and swimming. Now, I'm about to try Thai boxing. I love exercise. It makes me strength. I sometimes do yoga too. Let's exercise together.

I prefer running and dancing. I usually join zumba dance and aerobic dance at MSU gymnasium.
People who join aerobic dance class are very friendly.
I also join exercise class at ESSEC. I prefer running at outdoor track more than on treadmill, though.

Playing sports is my choice. Personally, I prefer doing exercise by playing sport both Volleyball and badminton are my best sports. However, I am not good at sports but I enjoy to play it. In my opinion, I think playing sport is not only exercise for health but also exercise for soul.

I prefer swimming because it’s extremely relaxing. I love the feeling of floating on the water, I feel free and comfortable. Besides, when I go swim, I always recall my father because he taught me how to swim when I was seven years old.

I like exercising in the gym because its conditions. Exercising in the gym, the temperature is quite good. It's not too hot. Moreover, I love Aerobic dance that is one of the services from the gym.

I prefer to dance, especially boxing dance. This exercise give me burning many calories in 1 hour. Except dancing, I prefer to exercise by body weight training. It's hard for beginning, but It's good for myself now. So, I love it!

I prefer Zumba dance and Body Jam dance.
I usually find some clip video on youtube and dance follow the video.
It makes my exercise time doesn't boring. Sometimes I would go to jogging in the park.
I don't like any kind of sport.

I prefer running and playing badminton.I’m a lazy person .I don’t like to play sport but this kind of exercises like running and badminton is very easy and simple to do. I can do it very place like a public park or somewhere else. It is some kind of exercise that fun and easy to play.

I prefer boxing.This exercise can help me to relax from stress thing.
I can release it when I do the boxing with trainer.I think this sport is really good and makes me flexible.My shape looks stronger than I didn't play this sport in previous time.
