I love to play tennis or jogging every morning for thirty minutes or six days per week.
I have exercised like this for 3 years, I felt that I get better health.
The exercise is really good,whatever you like or have skill, choose the one and just do it.

I do jogging, swimming and yoga regularly but my most favorite exercise is yoga.
It is more effective exercise for the fitness. It controls many diseases especially heart diseases and blood pressure. It also reduces the stress and depression.

I like to run at the park. It felt clear and the weather was very good.
Running in the morning makes me feel refreshed.
I also like badminton. It's the only sport I can play.

Personally, I prefer dancing because it is very fun.

Actually, I think I like to do an exercise but just my laziness.
I like swimming, running, basketball, football and so on.

I like running. It is easy to do.
It doesn't need to use any material and we can do it anywhere.
I am not good playing sport. The only thing that I can do is running.
That's why I like to go running.

I prefer Aerobic exercises, such as running, swimming or dancing, are activities that work your cardiovascular system. They get your heart rateup and make you breathe harder. This type of exercise can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and may even lower the risk of cancer.

I love running. Especially, running on the treadmill.
It is an exercise which makes me feel good and it is easy to do everyday.

I do like to swim because swimming can make my body tired easier and water is cool.
When I am swimming, all parts of my body are moving and it can burn my fat very well.
Moreover, water will protect you from exercising injuries.

I prefer swimming and running for my exercises. I love swimming since I was a little and running is my favorite now. I usually went running three or four days a week when I was in first and second year but now I can't do like that because I have a lot of tasks and works to do in everyday.

I love active hobbies. I just like to keep moving whenever possible. I'm not heavy or fat, so I do very little cardio and that cardio doesn't involve running or walking. I like games. some of the activities I do or prefer are cycling, swimming, badminton, basketball.
