I really like eggs because it is easy to create menu and easy to cook. I have learned that eggs contain a lot of protein which is necessary for health. I always buy a dozen of eggs to keep in the refrigerator. It is very easy for me to create an egg mael.

I have ever heard that eggs are among the most nutritious foods
in the world such as vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin K2 ,choline, etc.
Eggs raise good cholesterol, if we eating eggs, eggs can leads to
elevated levels of HDL (high-density lipoprotein),that is good cholesterol.

As I've known, eating eggs can improve brain health.
It is extremely important for you to maintain a healthy brain. Eggs contain most of the right vitamins and minerals which are needed for regular functioning of cells, memory, nervous system and metabolism.
Eating eggs can also benefit skin because some vitamins and minerals within eggs help promote healthy skin and prevent the breakdown of body tissues. A strong immune system also contributes to a healthy look overall.

I like to eat a fried egg since I was young. Eggs contain advantages of nutrients such as vitamin and Phosphorus. Eggs may be good for brain function since they contain choline. The eggs are considered to be one of the most perfect sources of protein available. The overall quality of a protein is assessed by using three different criteria; these are amino acid composition, amino acid bioavailability and digestibility. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Altogether, there are twenty-one of them, nine of which your body cannot produce on its own and must get from dietary sources. To rate high on the protein assessment, a food must be high in the nine aminos that your body cannot create. Eggs are high in all of these, giving them their perfect protein status.
