I am a person who often to think in a positive way.
Because, I believe that everything comes to my life both good or bad, that's a lesson I must face and keep going on.
If I give up, I will not achieve success in my life.

When I first start thinking negatively, it can be tempting to try and force those thoughts out of my head.
 I try as hard as possible to stop thinking about them and push them out.
I spend one minute calming my mind of all thought. When my mind is running a mile a minute, it can be hard to keep up.  
It’s kind of like meditation that emptying your mind. Once it’s empty, you can fill it with something a little more positive.

When I have a bad day and I really upset. Because of the depression of that day, I always have a negative thought about my guilty. I slowly think deeper and deeper. Finally, I realize
that it too much and it doesn't help me better. So, I stop thinking and move on.

I avoid interacting with negative people. I'm sorry to say that I have unfollowed facebook account which the owner always post negative things. I have followed those who always post positive things and do positive activities in their daily life too.

I will fimd someone who can listen and beside me.
He or she doesn't tell me anytihng but just beside me.It is enough for me.I tthink this way can help me to eradicate all negative things from mu head.

I will spend my time with watching a movie because It is a good way to stop negative thinking.
Spending time with the hobby that you like is the one way to stop negative thinking.
