because we can't control our conscious always.

We can stop thinking too much by doing meditation.
Sometimes, listening to some good topic about life might be a very good choice too.

Sleeping is the best choice for me.
It can helps me stop thinking for a moment.

Of course! You can stop it. You just do something that you like such as playing sports, listening to music, eating food, and so on. These can help you stop think too much. I always do this when I think a lot and I works very well.

I usually do other things whenever I start thinking too much.
For example, watching movies, listening to music, and playing video games.
Thinking too much is not good for our health in both physical and mental.

For me, travel on youtube is the best way to stop thinking too much. It's very enjoyable for me.
Boomtharis channel is recommended for you because of this channel contains a lot of good contents, I always get new knowledge from his channel.
If you want to stop thinking too much, you can travel on youtube and choose the video that you want to watch.
It might help you stay calm before moving on.

It is imperative you find some other things to do! Maybe, you can do the assignments or the housework! You can also go to bed and get some sleep! Having done those things, you might not have a chance too overthink!

For me, the most important thing to help me stop being thinking too much is to let it go. I just move on from this bad mood and find something which can make me feel better to do. Sometimes, I tell myself not to think too much about everything in life. Everyone can make mistakes. You also can learn from those mistakes. Life is short. Let do things that it is worth for you.

Well, I have been searching for the best solution for solving this problem.
Listening to music can help you relieve your stress and distract your attention to what you are thinking about.
Watching comedy show can provide you a chance to be more happy and laugh more.
The best solution for me to fix the problem is sleep. When I fall asleep, I will not be able to think anything.
