I usually watch Korean drama until I fall asleep.
I can hardly fall asleep. It was the big problem that cause many health problems to me.
So, I watch it just to make myself tired and need to sleep.

Mmm Before going to bed, I always take a shower. LOL Actually, I listen to music or watch movies before taking a shower. After showering, it's time to get in bed because the coldness from showering make us feel comfortable.

I always turn on music and turn off light. I usually set alarm clock. I sleep late last night at 4 am. I cannot sleep as well because the weather is too hot. When i sleep, i try to put my phone far away from me.

Before bedtime, I usually set the alarm clock and go to sleep in case I have an event on the next day. For the weekend, I like to wake myself up naturally without the alarm and it's usually late.

I always clear my games daily mission. If I miss just only one time, I will miss the price.
Then I check every social net work notifications, set up my alarm clock.
And I get ready to go to bed.

I always play a game Marvel Future Fight and get some daily reward.
It spend just 30 minutes to do it.
It's a good way to relax myself before sleep.

Before I go to bed, I would like to check my phone first .
I will check the news on Facebook or Twitter. Then, I will go to YouTube in order to listen to my favourite playlist.
If I am in the mood of reading something, I will read some book, general books not academic or linguistics books.
At last, I will turn off the light and go to sleep.

For me, my routine before go to bed are drink a glass of water and then go to toilet.
after that turn off the light and then listen to music. Finally, set alarm clock and go to bed.

This is quite a hard question for me. I did a lot of things such as playing games, listening to music, checking the news on social media and talking with my friend before I go to sleep. LOL, you can include these are the answers. I think I am being insomnia or lack of the sleeping pill, so, I cannot sleep at night. Sometimes, I do nothing before I go to bed as well.

I usually clear all the homeworks before I go to sleep.
Some nights is hard to sleep for me, so I play my favorite songs from Spotify until I sleep.
Nomally, it's very easy for me to sleep. I can close my eyes and go to sleep immediately.

Personally, I usually play mobile phone to read novels on application. It makes me sleepy when I read it for long minutes. I want to answer that I drink water before I go to bed but I'm afraid that it will make you get a headache LOL.
