This is my favorite qoute ever from Lebron James who is the basketball player in NBA(Basketball league in America)
Why do I like this qoute? Because Lebron James never gave up for everything that he was facing to. Even though things or situations that he was facing is hard or easy, he don't be afraid of them anymore.

Yeah, that's exactly the way we learn best. It is just like my favorite quote which is "no pain, no gain".
You will never learn something new if you don't pay what it takes first. Taking risk is the key, just like the name of this forum. Smile

How many times have I been let down because of my expectations?
Sometimes we expect more from people than they are capable or willing to give. In this instance, we will be let down because we expected to much or more than a person is willing or able to give. Be careful of expecting too much from people. We can control ourselves but cannot control other people. These is why I love this quote.

Yeah, I totally agree with your favorite quote.
It is good to set an expectation toward something, but sometimes we need to be careful because if we set it too high, it can actually let you down.

My favorite quote is “If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”
-Martin Luther King Jr.
It's a quote that encourages me to move on and improve myself.

show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile."
I think, it one of the best quote.

my favorite quote is "I can fly". I always think about this quote when I feel dispirited and want to give up in own destiny.
I usually face problems such as learning, working, friends, and others.
No one can control those problems but you can manage and overcome them by yourselves.

The quote that I think most affected on me and that I often refer to is
"we are the middle children of Earth. Born too late to explore the world, too early to explore the university" by anonymous
It helps me look at the reality the way it is, and not judge myself for things that I can't control.

My favorite quote of all time is “Everything happens for a reason”. It is hilarious how I find this quote. I have heard it first from the song called Heartbeat by 2PM, a korean boy band. Personally, I think this quote is the absolutely true and it is also similar to Buddhism saying. For example, there is a time when my test result turnt out terrible and I was really upset. So I sat down and try hard to calm myself down. Then I realized, the reason why it ended up this way because I did not work hard enough. The score is the result of your action. And the quote can also apply to any thing in any time in life.

There are three quotes that really touched me.
1. “It is not the strongest of the species that survive, it is the one that adapts successfully to change.” – Charles Darwin
2. “It's what you learn after you know it all that counts.” --John Wooden
3.“Happiness is not having what you want, but wanting what you have.” -- Hyman Schachtel
These three quotes are quotes that i can use in my life such as working with people, studying and so on.

My favorite quote is "Don't compare yourself with other " I know this quote when I was first year student and I use it to remind myself to don't compare myself with others. At that time, I think my English skills are very poor but all of my friends are very good at English except me and I don't have enough confident to use English. Now, I change my mind and have more confident because I just be myself and my friends are never let or make me down. So, this quote make me change my attitude also.

"Everything happens for a reason" is my favorite quote.
You cannot control everything that happens in your life, right?
I always realize everything has a reason for happening. If it a good thing, you should deserve it but if it is a bad thing, you can also learn from it. Sometimes, it's hard to understand but if we look positively, we will understand it ourselves.

‘You see, but you do not observe. The distinction is clear.’Sherlock Holmes Quote

-The Hound of the Baskervilles

Chapter 3: “The Problem”

I love this quote because it can show a power of observation. If we observe, we will see something hidden. As we know there are not a true secret in this world, we observe, we find out something that we might not know. Observation is good and bad in the same time because it can lead you to both right and wrong way. So according from the quote of Sherlock Holmes; If you want to observe it not just see it to help you look through the problems that you face with clearly.

With love to Sherlock H.

“Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.”
If something doesn’t pan out exactly how you pictured it’s a disaster. You’ll scrap an entire project the instant the tiniest details fall out of place. Also, you’ve never literally done Insanity, the workout, because that’s all about doing the same thing over & over and anticipating different results.

"Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning." By Albert Einstein.
It makes me think about the reasons for what I'm doing, about why I'm questioning.
The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existence.
Try not to become a man of success but rather try to become a man of value.

My favorite quote is 'Don't judge the book by its cover'.
Whenever I see people judge book by its cover I feel strange.
I don't know how to feel, or I don't know how to tell you how I feel with it.
I sometimes may judge the books by its cover too. It is bad behavior.

One that I like is "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."
This is attributed to Eleanor Roosevelt.
I like it because I think that many people come to feel they are inferior to others,
particularly when they are teens.
This quote is useful as a way to remind us that we have some control over this sort of feeling.

"I believe that the human spirit is indomitable. If you endeavor to achieve, it will happen given enough resolve. It may not be immediate, and often your greater dreams are something you will not achieve within your own lifetime. The effort you put forth to anything transcends yourself, for there is no futility even in death."
