How many hours or minutes that you spend time on the internet per each day?

I can’t tell you the exactly hour.
When i have to do homework, I spend time on the internet at least 4 hours per each day.
I use internet to search information to complete my homework.
When i have free time, I spend at least two hours per each day only.

I wake up at the morning, I always check my Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
After that I usually watch movies on Netflix at the afternoon.
Then I will do assignments or reply TRR at the evening.

I think , I am an Internet addict. I use Internet since I wake up until I go to bed.
That's a bad thing for me, I want to avoid this but I cannot.

I will spend about 30 minutes in the morning if I wake up early before preparing myself for the class.
During the day, I rarely use my cell phone because I don't have internet and I prefer to spend the time with my friends.
I mostly spend the time to use internet before going to bed about 3 hours. I like to watch funny clips on Instagram.

In my opinion, I think it is more than 3 hours a day. I use it a lots. Now, I am using it.
It is really important for working. If there is not the internet, I cannot finish my work.
Sometimes, I just lying on my bed and play the internet all day all night. I like to play FB.

It is uncountable for me. I use my phone since I wake up in the morning, and I keep checking or using it till I go to bed at about 2 am. It is about 16 hours a day. Wow! I am shocked! But it is the truth. I will try to reduce the time using my phone.

I am not so sure about this because I never keep track on it. But, I think that it is more than half of a day because I am always on my mobile or laptop searching for things on the internet.
Even if I use it a lot, and it is so important in my life, I think I should lessen the time spent on the internet so that I can be with myself and people around me more.
