I have dinner before 06.00 p.m. everyday since 7th January.

No, I have not. I always eat dinner at 8pm. with my family because I stay at my home in Mahasarakham. Sometimes I eat dinner at 9 pm. because I wait for my elder sister cook for dinner.

Yes, I have.
When I was in high school, I want to dieted. I have search on internet that eating dinner before sleeping at least 4 hrs is good for dieting. So If I wanted to sleep at 10 pm, I would eat dinner before 6 pm. But eating dinner early made me hungry at 8 pm. I drank water or ate fruit.
But now I cannot do like that. Dinner is my heavy meal of the day. 5555555

Nope it's too early lol
I usually have dinner around 8-9 PM lol I know it's pretty late but I can't help it! I have to go to visit my grandparents every evening and come back home around 7 o'clock. So, the best dinner time for me and my family will be often around 8-9 PM hahaa.
OR if I eat that early, I don't count it as dinner. I cal it appetizer hahahhahah.

Yes, I have. I did it quite often. I usually wake up early because my classes start early. I have breakfast early around 07.40 a.m. so that my lunch will start at 14.30 a.m. It seems like I have lunch and dinner together. If I get hungry after that I will have some fruits.

Absolutely yes, I have eaten dinner before 06.00 p.m. According to me, I sometimes finish my classroom at 05.30 p.m then I go to the canteen for
having my dinner with my close friends. Someone said that " If we have a dinner early, It will be healthier.
Some healthy foods can make you fat, because they are high in sugar, calories and fat. So we shouldn't have to eat late at night.

I've tried to eat dinner early in order to get a better health.
And sometimes I eat dinner very early because I'm lazy to go outside. lol

I usually do this because I have many things to do in each day. Sometimes, I don't have time to have dinner after 6 p.m.
So, it's a good way for finding something to eat before 6 p.m.

I don't call it a dinner then.Apparently, it just a meal after school.
Anyway, I usually sleep late. so, while surviving during a night, I often feel hungry and go fetch something delicious to consume. That's a real dinner.

I sometimes have a dinner before 6.00 p.m.
I usually have a dinner after 7.00 p.m.
I will have a dinner before 6.00 p.m. if I don't go out to do the exercise.

I often have something before 6.00 p.m. but I don't call it a dinner.
I usually have a dinner after 9 p.m. and some snack after this meal.
It's not a good habbit I know, but I cannot stop eating.

Since I have tried to control my diets, I usually have dinner before 6 p.m.
I don't want to have dinner late because I'm not the night owl who is up at night
or can stay up late. After I have dinner, I just watch movies, do homework and that's it.
That's why I need to have dinner before 6. If you go to bed early, you need to eat before
you go to bed 4-5 hours. That's my logic lol.

because i have to exercise after 6 p.m. so i have to have dinner before i go to gym.

It always happens to me because I am on diet, so it is necessary to have dinner before 6 P.M.

Yes, I have a dinner before the 06.00 p.m. on sometimes.
I always have a dinner after that time in everyday.
I rarely like to have a dinner again in the midnight,
so it results to my health on someday when I have some symptom.

Yes, I always have dinner before 6 pm because I'm on a diet and I'm usually taking 2 capsules of collagen before bed, and it said that if I'm taking collagen when my stomach a little empty the collagen would work well. that's why I always have dinner as soon as I can. My collagen will not useless.

Yes, I sometimes have dinner before 06.00 p.m. but I always hungry after that then I eat some snack or noodles. Recently, I always take a nap in the afternoon whenever I get up I will be hungry. So mostly, it depends on the time that I get up.

I think I did it many many times because having dinner before 6.00 p.m. is good for digestion system. Not only do the organs work less hard, but also help you control gaining weight. The menu I would love to recommend for dinner is all kinds of sour fruits, such as pine apple, berries and green apple.

Wow! I finally have found a person like me!
I always try to do so because I am kind of on the IF process; it helps you lose weights, fat, and betters your digestive system.
What you have to do is so simple. You just fix your diet time in a day, for example, you eat only 16 hours a day.
For me, I start eating at 10 so I can eat until 6.
I found it very hard at first, but now it has become my habit and I have not felt comfortable to eat late.
It grows my good eating habit, I would say.

I used to eat dinner before 6 p.m.
The result of eating dinner early is hungry again at late night.
When i’m hungry, I have to find something to eat immediately without considering about over-weight at all.
The thing that i choose to eat is noodle and drink coca cola after eating. Can you imagine that how much i’m fat right now.

No, i can't.
