Spicy food can have health benefits in terms of improving weight loss.
However, if very spicy,
It can irritate your stomach and intestinal linings.
These cells need to be replaced when they’re irritated, and the more this happens,
the more you are likely to develop cancer in your digestive system.
However it is very much genetic if you get these diseases and I wouldn’t change your diet.
Just drink water and eat rice with your spicy foods and you should be fine.
Spicy foods are great for increasing the number of vegetables you eat as well because they often contain lots.
These help the food move through your gut quickly and contain molecules that cut cancer risk.
All in all, moderate spiciness is fine but don't eat stuff that causes any discomfort.

Benefit of eating spicy food is speeds up our metabolism. It can do wonders for our waistline.
Spicy foods are packed with a chemical called capsaicin, which speeds up our metabolism by increasing your heart rate and body temperature.
By the way, eating spicy foods can cause diarrhea too.

I think spicy food makes me enjoy eating. I like to eat Papaya salad with my family and my friends. For me, the spicy taste makes the food delicious. If we eat spicy food much time, it can cause stomach work hard. We have to consider about eating spicy food.

In contrast, Contrary to the flavour it adds in the short term, regularly eating spicy foods can dull your taste buds’ sensitivity over time. So beware of turning up the dial on spiciness just for the sake of pushing the envelope – if you plan on enjoying your favorite spicy dishes for years to come, less is more.

Advantages:
- It boosts your metabolism.
- It curbs sugar cravings.
- It could boost your immune system.
- It may reduce symptoms of depression.
Disadvantages:
- Spicy foods cause damage to the stomach wall.
- Spicy foods cause disease acute gastritis or ulcer
- Spicy foods lead to gastric ulcer disease or gastric ulcer.
- Spicy foods exposed to lead you insomnia or trouble sleeping at night.
- Spicy foods will result in your loss of appetite.

From science research, it says if you’ve eaten spicy foods before, you more than likely have come across the heat effects of a compound called capsaicin, which creates a heat sensation on the tongue. This increases body temperature, which eventually leads to sweating and tearing. Capsaicin has several other effects on your body.
