For me, I always think in a positive way.
Thinking in a positive way is my talent.
When I have a problem, I always think obstacle will prove me to be strong.
And think that Everything can change in a good way. DO NOT GIVE UP
And the important thing I will think of my family because they always stay with me.

In case I am stressed, share emotions and problems with someone count on.

For me, it is hard to do so.
I overthink a lot and am also repetitive about things happened.
However, getting stressed, I try to talk as much as I can, and solve problems.

Yes, I do. These are my own ways to deal with stress in my routine;
-Exercise daily
-Sleep enough
-Listen to music

You should find someone that you really trust.
Consult with them maybe they can help you to find the solution.
Next, find the best place for you. Then, you can do the meditation.
Get enough sleep and find your favorite thing to do.

My is slow down.
I mean instead of rushing through life, learn to take things slow.
Enjoy your food, enjoy the people around you, enjoy nature.
This step alone can save tons of stress.

Absolutely yes! Whenever I get stressed, I must do something to get it off because I cannot doing anything. There are lots of ways of get rid of stress including going jogging at the park, listening to favourite songs, watching movies, or even sleeping.

i try not to get frustrated, i let go of it and it is what i have selected in life.
i try to think in a positive way and if it is difficult , i take it as a challenging way of life.
