Many people are sleep deprived at moderate to severe levels. Long work hours, busy personal lives, noisy urban environments, and the stimulation of multiple electronic devices all make it harder than ever to get as much sleep as our minds and bodies require. A quick siesta cannot make up for all the sleep you’ve lost, but taking a nap when you have the chance will protect your health and diminish the long-term effects of sleep deprivation.

For me, taking a nap is like access my energy back. I usually take a nap when I am jet lack. I need one or two hours for napping time. It is good for my brain.

Peraonally, i will take a nap to relaxed and reduce strees.
I feel like access my energy back. I want just one hour to reboot myself by take a nap. Many rwsearcher claim that taking a nap is good for functions of brain.

I think people should take a nap in each day because we should rest our body when we use it almost day.
We should rest our eyes when we work for a long time. We should rest our brain when we use it to think about works all day.
So, taking a nap is the best way to help you.

Studies have shown that sleep plays an important role in storing memories. A nap can help you remember things learned earlier in the day as much as a full night’s sleep. Napping works to keep you from forgetting things like motor skills, sense perception, and verbal recall, too.

Taking nap help you feel fresh after bad quality of sleeping at night time.
There is sometime that we are tired from doing something.
We can take a nap for 40 minutes, then we can work like we have 8 hours sleeping.
I support and recommend everyone to have taking nap.

In my opinion, I can say that taking a nap is a good rest for your day.
In the day, we have to take a nap 15-20 minutes per day. For me,
I ALWAYS take a nap because I think this way can heal my day.

In my opinion, Sleeping for a short time can make you more alert and energetic. In the day, should take a nap about 30 minutes per day. I think to rest your brain and boots your body.
I like to take a nap during the day.

Taking a nap can make me more energetic,creativity, reduce stress and improve perception.
I always feel refreshed after a nap that lasts approximately 20 minutes.
It also helps deal with the stress of my daily living.

Naps can restore alertness, enhance performance, and reduce mistakes and accidents. A study at NASA on sleepy military pilots and astronauts found that a 40-minute nap improved performance by 34% and alertness 100%. Naps can increase alertness in the period directly following the nap and may extend alertness a few hours later in the day. Scheduled napping has also been prescribed for those who are affected by narcolepsy. Napping has psychological benefits. A nap can be a pleasant luxury, a mini-vacation. It can provide an easy way to get some relaxation and rejuvenation.

Whether you’re on a long drive or trying to get through a difficult task at work, napping is a great way to increase alertness if you’re feeling foggy. A NASA study found that after napping for forty minutes pilots were more alert, and a smaller study found that after just ten minutes participants felt more alert.

Sometimes I feel so sleepy during the day because I didn't get enough sleep.
I just take a nap during the day to refresh my body. It is work to take a nap for 10-20 minutes when you are so sleepy. You will feel better after get up.

I think we should take a nap because people can feel tired.
So taking a nap helps you to refresh your body though.
I somtimes take a nap when i finish my class in the afternoon.
It hepls me alot! So i like to sleep though.

Form my point of view, napping improves your memory and helps you learn effectively.

Because a short nap can improve alertness and performance without interfering with nighttime sleep. However, if we take a nap too late in the day, it will affect our nighttime sleep and make it difficult to fall asleep.

It is an excellent way to restart our brain by taking a nap. When I study or do activities for a long time, I feel tired.
The best way to release fatigues and refresh my self is to take a nap. It helps our brain to work better.

This might be critical to your work or school productivity, or to your ability to achieve your work during the day.
Taking a nap to make us feel refreshed after a nap that lasts approximately 20 minutes.
By doing this, we will work effectively.

I have an idea that taking a nap is good for brain.

For me, taking a nap is good for everybody because it help you more concentration on your works and systematize information that you learned. Taking a nap at least 15 minute is too enough for you.

Take a nap for a while is good for your health and brain. The research shows that take a nap can help your brain to rest and be ready for work in the afternoon. Just take a nap 10 to 15 minutes per day is good enough for you.
