Why should we take a nap?
Many people are sleep deprived at moderate to severe levels. Long work hours, busy personal lives, noisy urban environments, and the stimulation of multiple electronic devices all make it harder than ever to get as much sleep as our minds and bodies require. A quick siesta cannot make up for all the sleep you’ve lost, but taking a nap when you have the chance will protect your health and diminish the long-term effects of sleep deprivation.

For me, taking a nap is like access my energy back. I usually take a nap when I am jet lack. I need one or two hours for napping time. It is good for my brain.

I think people should take a nap in each day because we should rest our body when we use it almost day.
We should rest our eyes when we work for a long time. We should rest our brain when we use it to think about works all day.
So, taking a nap is the best way to help you.

Taking nap help you feel fresh after bad quality of sleeping at night time.
There is sometime that we are tired from doing something.
We can take a nap for 40 minutes, then we can work like we have 8 hours sleeping.
I support and recommend everyone to have taking nap.

In my opinion, I can say that taking a nap is a good rest for your day.
In the day, we have to take a nap 15-20 minutes per day. For me,
I ALWAYS take a nap because I think this way can heal my day.

In my opinion, Sleeping for a short time can make you more alert and energetic. In the day, should take a nap about 30 minutes per day. I think to rest your brain and boots your body.

Taking a nap can make me more energetic,creativity, reduce stress and improve perception.
I always feel refreshed after a nap that lasts approximately 20 minutes.

Sometimes I feel so sleepy during the day because I didn't get enough sleep.
I just take a nap during the day to refresh my body. It is work to take a nap for 10-20 minutes when you are so sleepy. You will feel better after get up.
