Do you prefer taking a shower with warm or cold water?

I personally prefer taking a shower with cold water to taking a shower with warm water. Even in a coldy day I still take a shower with the warm. Because warm water make my skin get drier and drier. I don’t prefer it that much.

Actually, I prefer both of them due to the fact that taking a shower with warm and cold water can boost up my inside organs. However, it really depends on the weather. Warm water must be used when winter comes. On the other hand, cold water is suitable for summer especially in Thailand. Cold water can make you feel fresh while the warm one can relax your body and mind.

Warm shower can help to relieve sore muscles, muscle tension and knots. Now, it's summer. I can't take a shower with cold water.
