I respect people who have responsibilities and who respect others. This kind of people really wow me so much because I have seen a lot of people who don't respect others and I'm really sick of it. I can work with this kind of people effectively because I feel more comfortable with them, but if I have to work with someone who has no responsibility or who doesn't respect people, I will be so upset for that lol

All of the people have set their own standard of their ideal man or woman. Some people might prefer to scan from the outside or appearances. Others are likely to consider a lot of factors inside or characteristics.
I am one of those who tend to look at the things inside. I believe considering characteristics is the very important part to be mentioned when we have come to make decisions in selecting someone to be the other part of our lives. He whom I do love is the one who possesses these following characteristics. At first, he should be honest to everyone including me. Integrity or honesty is the first essential characteristic for couples. If one of the two tends not to be honest, the couple cannot step forwards for sure. The next thing is diligence. All of us requires foods to feed on. To have some foods to feed on to sustain a life, one must not just stay at home. He or she must struggle to find the work to do for a living. Doing nothing, one may appear flawed or imperfect. This can be said he who is fascinating for me is the one that is not lazy and can find a stable job to do. The last idealised characteristics of my ideal man is that he should be kind to everyone surrounding me and me. I do believe kindness and generosity can help change the world in which we live. All of us should consider exchanging some simple things with each other such as smiles or good expressions. Mentioned above, the three characteristics can be said to be tools to indicate the ideal man of mine!
