Personally, I am happy with everything that I made.
In my perspective, being a happy person good for our mental health.
I think smile a lot is the beginning of being happy.
Moreover, when I have depressed, I try to release it as much as possible.

Not really. I am not the people who feel happy all the time. I have feeling when good news comes to my life I will feel happy but if bad thing comes into my life how can I be a happy person.
I am the person who think to much and concern with what I do. Anyway, I am a kind person. It is good sometime I feel down and sometime feel better.

Not really at all. I think I am the lucky one that was born in a warm and comfortable family.
But I'm not a happy person because I am a serious person and often think too much.

I would say that I am a happy person. And I am sure that all of my friend would say the same thing. I know how to be happy and how to entertain people. I am happy with my life, my thought, my attitude. I don't know why people go find happiness outside because it is just with us inside us.

I am not a happy person all the time.
I have a sad and happy time in my life.
But today I look for my own happiness by doing what I like.
For example, watching a favorite movie, eating Japanese food, calling to talk to someone, etc.

Yes, maybe. I'm not that happy person but not that sad or unhappy person. It all because my life is up and down like a rollercoaster so, I cannot be that happy person. However, I still wanted to be a happy person and make people around me happy and joyful.
I don't like myself when I make someone who nears me sad because of me. I feel that why me? Why I make someone sad or unhappy every time they next to me. It proofs that I am not a happy person, besides, I cannot see everything with an optimistic thought.

Frankly speaking, I am a happy person because when I feel stress, I always find ways to relax such as playing games, watching youtube channels and listen to music. Moreover, I don't want to be a stressful person because I want people around me happy.
Sometimes, I'm stressed out about the exam but I can pass it easily.

Of course! I have my own ways of making me feel happy. I just view the world in a good way by using the reasons. People have their own reasons when they do something so if it doesn’t make any sense to you, just skip it. I always encourage myself so that I will have good feeling about myself. Besides, I usually try to express positive thoughts to other people who are around me so that they will be happy.
