When having a rough, or tired day.
The thing that always help healing my feeling is cake.
It gives me a sweetness into my body. So I can feel back my energy.

I don't know why that when I'd tried, I can eat everything twice.

If I feel tired , I will eat Bingsu.
Bingsu is a dessert in Korea. And Bingsu is very popular especially during summer because Bingsu made from fine flavors shaved iced, such as milk, chocolate, yogurt.
Topping ingredients that may includes fruits cocktail, red bean, , fresh fruits, cereal flakes, Ice cream or whichever you like.
This is the reason why I love to eat Bingsu.

Shabu is my answer. When I have a very huge project and I can finish them. So, I go to eat shabu.
It is a very good feeling. I eat it almost every time, I have finished my project.

I always drink cold water when I feel so tired because I like the way of the feeling of water flowing inside my throat. When I'm tired I cannot eat anything. That's why I drink cold water instead, It can refresh me and make me get back all of my energy back. I become lively again!

Absolutely not. When I'm tired I just want to take a rest.
Take a shower, drink a glass of cold water, and take some nap is sound better than find something to eat.

Dessert, Somtam, and soft drink are my choices.
My tired body was relieved by eating and drinking these things.
Other options, I will take a bath by warm water and then going to bed treating my tired body.

Normally I drink some water, coca cola but I found that coca cola isn't good to my health, So I'm found what to eat when I'm get tired from the researcher. Apples are quick and easy to eat on the go if you feel yourself low on energy.
