And I like Tom Yum Kung flavor.
I love this noodle because it is very delicious.

My favorite brand of instant noodle is Quick.
There are several flavors which I like.
The most favorite one is Tom Klong with blue packaging.

I don't want to have much instant noodles. It's not good for health because it's high in sodium when comparing to the recommended sodium intake a day.
If I have to choose the best of them all, I will choose Creamy Tom Yim Kung flavor.
Its smell and its taste are satisfied with me.

My love of instant noodles started out with Top Ramen, just like every other American kid. Now more than 30 years later, after having sampled over 670 different noodle varieties, I, the Ramen Rater, have come up with a list of favorites. It changes from time to time as I discover new ones, but here's the current list of noodles from around the world. Most of them can be found at Asian groceries or online.

It is very spicy and delicious. However, it is not good for our health.

I love to eat instant noodle even though know that it is not good for health .
The favorite taste of instant noodle for me is MAMA because I think it is the one that contain a lot of iron that
better than eat others brands. Eating instant noodle sometimes is not good, but if you have to eat it just choose
the one that contain more substance.

Personally, I love all flavors of MAMA, it is lots of flavors to try. My favorite flavor is minced pork soup, I usually eat it with boiled eggs. It is very yummy especially having it at the late night.
