I have heard a recommendation that we should drink for eight, 8-ounce glasses of water per day. This a good place for the average, healthy person to begin, so go with it. However, the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies suggests a total water goal—including all beverages and food—by aiming for 2.7 liters (91 ounces) for women and 3.7 liters (125 ounces) for men each day.

About 1.5 liters is the perfect amount of water that you should drink per day.
Drinking the fresh water is good for your health, but drinking it too much also gives you bad effects.

I've ever found the information about how much water should we get per day.
It is not eight glasses per day, but it depends on each weight.
And how do you know how much. You have to multiple your weight with 33.
For example, I am 43 kg weight, so I have to drink 1,419 ml per day.

I think 3 liters are enough for your body. Personally, I usually drink water only 2 liters per day. I have to buy water every day for 3 liters. While I'm thirsty during playing the computer at night, I drank it a lot because the weather is hot.

Actually, we have to drink water at least 7-8 glasses per day or about 1.5-2 liters. That’s a suitable capacity for ourselves. For me, I drink water about 1 liter per day. It might not enough for myself. I try to get more water because drinking water is very important to our body.

We should drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Our body have 2/3 of water in mass of body.
But, actually I drink 3-4 glasses of water per day.

I don't know but if I guess maybe 7-9 glasses a day.
It is very serious to get water during the day properly.
Our body needs water and we have to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
If I didn't get enough water I will headache a first and thirsty.

Approximately, I drink about 2.5 liters in each day because the weater is very hot.
If I work out, I will drink about 3 liters. I can ensure that drinking water more about 8 glasses can be healthier. Water can make skin healthier anก stronger.

Because of hot season, I often drink water. When I work in front of my desk, I will bring a bottle of water to drink when I am tried. I become the person who like to drink water because of hot weather.

Basically, people need to drink water 8 glasses per days, but I think we should drink more than that because nowadays we have a lot of dust which can harm your body. So, Drink only 8 glasses might not enough. Let's drink over 10 glasses per day.

It's normally recommended to drink 7-8 glasses of water. If you work in the sun and get much sweat during the day, you can drink more than that. It depends on activities you do each day.

I think atleast 8 glasses of water is good for your health. Water helps keep skin looking good. Your skin contains plenty of water, and functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss.

I have been trying to drink more water in a day because I have heard that it is good for health. While searching on the internet, I saw a picture of a guy having such a dramatically huge transformation in his body and health, in a good way from drinking 2 liters of water each day. That's why I want to try drinking much water like he does.
