I like to watch food blogger than listening to music.
I am not comfortable to sleep because I don't like to use a phone that It feels awake before night time. My routine is watching food blogger or Korean series.

Listening to music is not my routine anymore because I choose watching movies instead.
However, I will sometimes listen to music while I am taking a bath.

As for me, before going to bed, I usually listen to some music.
I think it would relax my mind a lot and wipe out the whole unpleasant and awful thongs that happened.
It turns out that bedtime listening can even help me with sleep disorders by boosting sleep quality.

I somtimes listen to music before go to bed. If I have nothing to do and everything is boring, I will turn on my favorite songs and turn of the light. I love to listen to old song, 80s song from many singers such as Jae Danipon.

Yes, i do. I always listen music while sleeping or take a nap. I think music helps me sleep faster than sleep without music. I turn on ballad music before sleep and set sleep time on phone because it may be harm for health if phone is working.

Nope, not at all because my type of music is electric-pop and it makes me awake then feel more fresh.
But if listen to meditation songs or sleep songs or even traditional Thai songs, I fall asleep very fast and sleep very well.

I do listen to music before going to sleep. I like lo-fi and R&B the most. I listen to lo-fi music when I want to relax namely during taking a bath, eating or working on my works and also before asleep. Moreover, R&B is the kind that I really into so much. I also listen to this kind of music to make myself fall asleep. Does anyone know DEAN? He is a Korean singer. His music is all about R&B which is really sick! I love it so much.
