Whenever I feel terrible, I will revise my action.
Sometimes It's compose of both good and bad action,
but I keep going on to do right thing.
I always think in a positive way that the obstacle is a good experience for me,
and it makes me stronger and stronger. I often say thank you with problems.

Moreover, when i feel bad, I will consult my parents and my best friend,
Because, all of them always beside me and they don't leave me at all.

I think people have their own ways to deal with their feelings, so my way may not work for everyone.
For me, when I feel bad or I'm in the bad mood, I feel find something funny to do. It helps me to forget the thing that makes me terrible for a while. Sometimes, I go hang out with friends and talk about that with them, then I come up the outcome or the way to solve it together.
Finally, it depends on me to deal with it. If I always dwell upon it, I never get rid out of it. Just forget what happen in the past and move on.

When I am in a bad mood or feel down. I just stop doing anything and just sit down or lay down on a soft place. Then I close my eyes and talk to myself that it is going to be better, it gonna be OK, I will be OK. Relax my brain and tell myself not to think about anything. It helps a lot too control my feeling not to be mad and recover all of my moods. I always think that life is like this which sadness and happiness are be around us all the time. Just keep on and smile as much as you can.

I do so many things when I am sad, it depends on how much I feel sad at that moment.
Sometimes, sharing things with my friends makes me feel good, listen to music, sing my favorite song and go to sleep that can help me to relax and keep clam.

I usually turn up your favorite dirty rap song, Britney jam or country line-dance and take a few minutes to dance around my room.
I Close the blinds if you’re worried about someone watching lol and go out for happy hour with a friend you haven’t seen much of lately.
Reconnect with an old college friend, or invite someone you want to get to know better out for a walk or a drink.
When you feel sad and low, your friends are the best way to shake it off.

I always watch some movies and listen to my favorite songs when I get bad feeling.
I will sing along the songs out loud, it can make me feel better. 
When I feel bad or get stressful, I like to stay alone in my dorm and clean my room while I'm listening to music too. Moreover, after finishing cleaning room, I will watch some funny movies on Netflix. I think watching something funny and it makes me laugh, I will get rid out of bad feeling.

I choose to tell the bad thing to my best friends although it cannot make me feel better, but it helps me to release the bad thing. Moreover, I will watch movie or listen to songs. I think it helps me to be relax. The last thing that I choose to do is to read novels. On my phone has many novels to read, so I will open it if I feel bad.

I always go to shopping, eating my favorite food with my friend, listen to the music, see the movies and play the game. All of them make me feel relax and help me to forget the bad feeling.

Listening to music or watching comedian TV show are also the great choice of breaking you from feeling upset.

I like to talk to my friend. Friends can help me feel supported and alleviate the feeling that I'm alone.
They offer me a place to be heard and understood. In addition, simply talking with a friend may improve my mood since I will likely end up smiling and laughing at some point! I also learn something from talking to a friend.

I think meditation and shopping is good.
Meditation is one kinds of relaxation practices, raises the level of your energy and improves your mental health. You should try to meditate at least once a day. It’s also very useful to meditate when you feel bad. And, shopping is my favorite, I feel relax everytime going to the shopping mall.

When my feeling is so blue and down, I want someone to listen and live beside to me; just listen.
Sometimes, I went to somewhere outside the room and ate delicious food to relax.
However, listening to music can help sometimes.

When I feel terrible, I usually watch movies and try to stop thinking
about that thing which makes me feel bad. I also like talking to someone
I love and listening to his/her pieces of advice. If I'm feeling bad, I try not to
think about that terrible thing too much because it will be worse for me.

If I am in a bad feeling, I will not go anywhere. Moreover, I will spend a period of time with myself to deal with the feeling. I will not talk to anyone because I do not want to share my bad feeling. If I do so, they would be sad or get a bad feeling from me, so I think this is he best way for me to deal with my feeling.

When I feel bad, the thing that will make me happy again is living with my loved ones, do what I love and eat delicious foods and desserts. All of these can make me happy again.
And also I can relax by riding a motorbike around the downtown at night.

Sleeping is the best thing I always do when I get bad feeling.

Hmmmm... Being sad does not happen often to me. As for me, I do a few things. Something like this happened today.
If I feel sad and just low overall, I watch videos on youtube, talk to my sibling, and sleep.

For me, I usually listen to music. Especially "Can't stop the feeling" song.
I listen dance music and dance to change my feeling.
Some time I do only smile. Smiling face can change our feeling.

I listen to music and gain strength from the wisdom of the artists. Eminem makes me strong and picks me up when I’m down, Beethoven gives me hope to get up from the bed and face another day full of stress and hard work, Daft punk gets me motivated to do my work harder, better and stronger.
