I prefer swimming and dancing because these ways of exercising are very fun. I can do each activity for such a long time. I love the feeling after finishing workout since it gives me fresh and enthusiastic movements.
These two ways are garunteed by many researchers that they help keeping your health healthy. So, if you’re looking for some kinds of exercises, you my have tried these highly recommended activities. Trust me, each of them is fun. Even me, who is lazy to work out, loves them so much.

I prefer sports to working out at a fitness centre.
A sport is fasinating because I both do an exercise and plan to play in a sport game at the same time. I like competitive activities, so I choose to play sports instead of going to a gym or exercising at my dorm.

I do not like to play anything at this moment.
At the past I used to do Aerobic dance because it some kind of exercise that fun and easy to play.

I like running, bodyweight, zumba dance, swimming, aerobic, do yoga, and also working out at gym. I think I like all kinds of exercising. I just want to do exercise and just having a chance to do exercise is enough for me.

I prefer swimming and running for my exercises. I love swimming since I was a little and running is my favorite now. I usually went running three or three days a week when I was in first and second year but now I can't do like that because everyday, I have a lot of tasks and works to do. I rarely go exercise. I hope that I could have the time to do it the same as I did two years ago.

I prefer running and dancing even if I rarely do both of them. Running helps make my legs stronger. It also helps improve my blood circulation. Well, I really love dancing especially a cover dance. There is no need to find any places to go dancing because my dorm is available. Not only is dancing fun, but also boost up the good moods. I think I would find myself much time to do these exercises so that I could stay healthy.

Anything that is not really tiring or getting me soaking with sweat, maybe?
I usually go for running and playing badminton when I want to exercise.
However, the day that you will see me running in the course or in the badminton court rarely happens because I am really busy and lazy, mostly.
Any motivations to go exercising?
Help me find some.

I prefer going to the gym center so far because I can be more focus to the workout routine time table.
It's more effective to me. Moreover, I can meet new friends in any ages those are into the exercising and healthy things.

That's very interesting topic and really close to me. There are many sports attended by me such as badminton
usually playing with my friend and dancing practicing in every evening too.
Doing exercise is very beneficial in order to decrease you high blood pressure .
Let's go to choose some kind of it so that you can have the healthy.

I don't like to exercise outdoor so i prefer going to gym or aerobic exercise.
I have pain in my knees so i don't like to jogging and running.
I choose going to gym because there are many personal trainers.... hahaha i'm just kidding.
I love to do cardio at gym...

I like to work out in my room. I don't like to go out and do some exercise. Actually, the cardio is the top in my list for working out. I like to do exercise by myself and I can specify the time and type of exercise by myself.

I prefer running and playing badminton. These kinds of exercises are very easy and they can release my stress. When I run and I am sweaty, it makes me relaxed. I sometimes work out in my room when I get stressed and I'm lazy to go out.

Believe it or not, running is actually a great way to increase your overall level of health.
Of course, I really love running!! I always running every evening for thirty minutes or six days per week. When I finished my race, I was proud of myself. I really enjoyed it.

I prefer swimming because when you are swimming, every part of your body works together.
Your two arms will move forward and back, and your two legs will strike water up and down.
At the same time, you need to breathe through your mouth, so two lungs will work too.

In my opinion, various types of exercises which I prefer are enjoyable such as aerobic dancing, zumba dancing, and boxing. However, I think that I have less opportunity for doing such exercises because I should attend these exercises as a group.

I prefer aerobic dancing because I will burn more calories in 1 hour. I usually dance at public park ืnear my home. It is a good time for me because I can meet a new friend that they like to dance like me.

I prefer the simple exercise like weight lifting. I usually do the exercise around midnight almost every day. Its been only 1 week since I started exercise so nothing change yet.

I like running. Running is good because I don't have to use any equipment.
I can do the exercise everywhere anytime I want.
I don' t have to waste my time and tell myself that "You cannot exercise, you don' t have equipment ".
I am the person who don't like to exercise. If I havr to wait until find some equipment, sure the plan could fail.
