Actually, I don't like to play any type of sports and I don't like to do exercise. However, I sometimes go running because it is easy sport and it does not use an equipment. So, when I have free time or I'm not lazy, I will go to exercise.

I have been going running almost every morning and evening for 1 month.
I do it because I want to build my body. In the past, I did not like running because I was so tired every time that I started to run. Anyway, I am gradually changing myself every day.
I remembered that the first day of running, I cannot bare running 1 min without taking a break, and it is very exhausted. Now, time flies, and I am so happy that I can run 20 mins without any taking a break. It is my progression. I am so thankful to myself that can improve in every day.
I have a plan to join EDU marathon after I practice running over 1 month.
I hope that I can reach a finish line and get a medal.
