Should everyone become vegetarian?
No, we should not. Meat is the best source of vitamin B12, a vitamin necessary to nervous and digestive system health. Although it is also found in eggs and dairy, a peer-reviewed July 2003 study showed two in three vegetarians were vitamin B12 deficient compared to one in 20 meat eaters.

Well, I think it depends on how you believe or your practice. Eating is the sensitive topic that we have to be careful
because you can not force someone that has different believes and practice to eat like you in the long time or forever.
Eating just vegetable or seek to eat meat sometime it is good but sometimes it can cause a big problem for yourself that you lack of protien.

I think no. Because I love eat meat and we will may lose some good nutrients.
But we should reduce to eat. Eat it just for need.

In my opinion being vegetarian is good but it also has many disadvantages. We know that vegetables is good but eating only vegetables can me us lack of some necessary nutrition. However, we can eat some animals that good for our health such as fish.
