Air conditioner or fan?

Due to the terrible temperature in Thailand, I have to say that I cannot live without an air conditioner.
Turning fan feels like blowing fire to myself. It's very hard to live with a high temperature during the day and night in Summer.

The weather in Thailand is very hot so a fan cannot deal with the weather.

Actually, air conditioner is my choice. If I don't have to think about my electricity bill, I will turn on air conditioner all day long. Thailand is really hot now. It can cause my symptom about migraine so much. So, that's why I love to stay in air conditioner area.

Well, air conditioner can make temperature go down and it will become cold.
So, my best choice is air conditioner. I often turn on air conditioner when I'm in my room.
There is no fan in my room. If the weather is too hot, a fan will become a dryer when I turn it on.
However, turning air conditioner on requires a lot of money paid for bill.
