And I have bought many books last week for reading instead of spending my time nonsense. Hahaha
I think reading a book is better than using Facebook because we can avoid blue light screen from smartphone and get knowledge from the book.

Actually, when I'm on free time, I always do both of them. For example, when I get 3 hours for free, I am on Facebook for 1.30 hours and then the rest of time is used for reading books. This can balance my timetable during the day. Sometime, instead of being online, I take a nap for a while.
