1.Do not worry about death/health, enjoy every moment of your life.
2.Do not dwell into the past as it brings unnecessary stress. Let bygones be bygones.
3.Spend 1-2 hours everyday alone. Utilize this time for the things you love to do like reading your favorite book, a long walk, painting or even doing nothing (meditation). This will renew your energy levels and increase your concentration.

Here are three things that have helped me:
- talking and spending time with my family or a person who makes me happy.
- Sleeping on a bed and listening to the sound of rainfall.
- Watching some videos from YouTube.
These three ways help me feel happier.

The first habits to help me feel happier is smiling with other people.
The second habit is don't stressed out too much on something.
The last habit is talking to my special person, friends and family can make me feel happier as well.

Personally, I usually do this for my good living.
1. Don't bring your self to the place that you will be convinced.
2. Don't think about another person too much.
3. Taking care of yourself and your mind is the best way to concern.

For me I can be happy with a simple things around me.
The first thing is when I can force myself to the gym.
I will feel really good.
The second thing is when I ate a delicious food.
The last thing is when I have a free time
to watch Netflix and cartoon.

For me the habits to help me feel happier are
1. having positive thinking
2. doing what I like, like listening to music, exercising
3. giving something to others because it makes me feel happy especially, when I go the volunteer camp

1. eating the good food and dessert.

First, listening to music can make me happier.
Second, eating delicious foods make me feel full and I am happy with it.
Third, playing with my pets, my dog and cat, I feel so enjoyable and warm in my heart.
