How are you? I mean, most of the time we don’t really mean it. We run into somebody and it comes out of our mouths automatically. Usually, we don’t even bother to respond to it! I’m not annoyed by it just because it is fake, I understand that’s the polite thing to do. It’s a courtesy, I get it, but it is sad that while doing this, the words lost their meaning.

Stop asking me why I am being fatter? A lot of people always focus on my weight and my outlook, that makes me easily upset. I don't know because this is my body? Why do I have to look thinner or slimmer for those people? Why do I have to be like that for people who care only just out looking? That doesn't make sense I don't want to be on diet for them, but for me, I still like to lose weight because for my healthier body.
