Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories. None have cholesterol. (Sauces or seasonings may add fat, calories, and/or cholesterol.)
Moreover, vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C.

One of the benefits of vegetables is their high nutrient content.
Vegetables have lots of vitamins and minerals that contribute to growth and the maintenance of good health.
Another benefit of vegetables is dietary fiber which helps scour bad cholesterol. Vegetables are also a benefit to dieters.
Because they are low in fat and calories, you can eat a lot of them without gaining weight.

Vegetables have a lot of vitamins and minerals that is the good nutrition for our body. Furthermore vegetables have a tiny calories , it is the good way to eat for diet and vegetables are good for skin , it has an essential vitamin to make our skin brighter. Otherwise it is good for our digestion.

Vegetables as a group are so low in calories that it is very difficult to gain weight even if you overeat them.
