What about breakfast?
Research shows mixed results as to whether breakfast intake contributes to weight loss. One study found that people who ate breakfast saw reduce dietary fat intake and impulsive snacking. Another study found that people who ate more calories at breakfast didn’t necessarily eat less during the day. Breakfast patterns have a smaller role in daily intake than post-breakfast meals.

I've just had rice porridge with chicken and two boiled eggs in this morning. It's yummy. I also drink one glass of green tea with bubbles. This is a simple breakfast for me.

I always wake up late but i never starve.So sandwish and milk are my breakfast.They are inexpensive,easy to buy , easy to eat and delicious!

Exactly, I always miss breakfast.
I know that the first meal of the day is very important but I usually get up late.
I'm not a morning person but next week I would change my behavior.

Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day.
It also gives you the energy you need to get things done
and helps you focus at work or at school.
If your body doesn’t get that fuel from food,
you may feel zapped of energy -- and you'll be more likely to overeat later in the day.

Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast - that's where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol. You need to have breakfast everyday in the morning.

I rarely eat breakfast because I always go to the class in rush hour in the morning.
Having breakfast is a good thing for me because I can get energy from breakfast.
Breakfast can help me to be an effective person. So, I should eat breakfast every day.
