If you watch a horror movie at night time. I would like to recommend you to go to bed and cover yourself with the blanket. The last step before going to bed does not turn off the light.

The easiest way to solve this problem is to stop watching scary movies haha. But if you really need the way or how to stop scary after you watch it, I think you have to sleep next to your mother or friends. It helps you a lot when you feel that way if you have someone that you can rely on; I'm sure your scary feeling will be gone.

For me, i will not think about it and try to do something interesting to forget it.
Do not stay silence alone. Just turn on the music out loud and you will not think about the scary thing again.

I would like to say that I love watching horror movies especially those from the Conjuring Universe. Actually, I am familiar with them so that I just love how they make the movies this scary.
