How to keep in good shape?
Finding a way to enjoy exercise. Eating healthy food and sleep enough for relax.

Not every person who’s in shape is on a special diet. Have you ever met a person who is in great shape and who is constantly trying out new and fancy diets? That’s right; you didn’t. Fit people don’t diet. Healthy eating is a part of their lifestyle, and they stick to it no matter what.

Take a brisk walk every day. Make walking a permanent part of your daily routine so you can enjoy cardiovascular health, stress management and weight loss. Pick a route with enjoyable scenery such as a park, or walk as part of your commute to work and back. Wear sneakers and dress in layers of comfortable clothes so you can adapt to any temperature. Walk for at least 30 minutes each day.

I think workout is a good answer for this question.
Some people just work out and control amount of food that they each each meal or day. For me, I make a schedule to exercise and also diet food each meal. I think it is work very well for me. So, I can eat the food that like but not too much.
After eating I will go exercise just follow my schedule.
I would like to share this way to you so that you might apply my idea into your exercise schedule.

My answers are eating good food with low fat and sugar, doing exercise for at least 2 times a week, and try to make yourself happy. If you feel down or serious, you might eat a lot of things and get fat.

We have to make the lifestyle change. We tend to get caught up in the popular mentality that diets (like Atkins or South Beach) are the way to keep those pounds off, but a diet is not going to work long term. Diets can help you shed a few emergency pounds in a pinch, but what really makes a difference in the long run is proper lifestyle change. You can get by with minimal exercise if you eat healthy, properly proportioned meals. This will keep you energetic and it will also keep fat from building up and making it harder to be physical and stay in shape.

Going to exercise is a good way to keep in shape. For example, swimming is a complete and perfect exercise, but it’s underrated, unfortunately. If you don’t like sweating, but you do love a good cardio workout, then swimming is for you. The greatest thing about swimming is that water keeps you cool while your heart is working out.

I have a easy tip which I always use to keep in good shape.
Firstly, you have to average your weight that you want to be, but do not set high expectation.
Then, you should regularly weigh yourself to remain yourself.
This helps me a lot to stay in good shape.

I will suggest one of method that easy to do in your room or home is jump around that it is quite a basic one this: spend your days sitting on the sofa watching Neighbours and Hollyoaks on a loop and you will become fat and lethargic and get a diseased heart. I hope to every one can do the that on the proper time for the good health.

I am the one who do not like eating snack because I think I cannot keep my shape when I eat it a lot. So, I seek to
grab some snack with me all the day and I also go to excise 3 times a week for running around my
dormitory. The most important thing is that controlling the fat and carbohydrate.

Personally, I dont think I'm in a good shape because I think I am too skinny. Right now, I'm trying to gain more weight. My suggestion would be eat normally but try to exercise more.

I'm not really in a good shape but I have a few recommendations for you.
First would be eat food that have less fat and less carb.
Next, exercise more than 30 mins a day.
Last, avoid drinking bubble tea LOL I mean dessert that contain lots of sugar.

I think do some exercise or some workout will help.
But first of all, you have to get rid your laziness out of your mind.
No matter you have a trainer or do exercise but you still lazy and don't move,
you will never have a good shape.
I tell myself every day. LOL

For me,the plank is one of those exercises which you can do absolutely anywhere. It tightens the deepest core muscles, and it’s much more effective than squats and crunches. Whenever you can – plank. Straighten your legs, raise your body, don’t clench your buttocks, and hold for at least 30 seconds every time.
