I personally believe that breakfast is the first meal to control me for a whole day.
I mean if I have a good thing in the morning, it affects my brain as well.
My brain can work effectively and productively for the whole day.
In the other hand, if I do not have some breakfast, my brain can work as a slot. I suppose.

For me, breakfast is very important because if I didn't get breakfast I won't have the energy to do anything. It is always hungry and easy to get angry. I have searched for the reasons why breakfast is important. You can see it below.
