How often do you eat instant noodles?

For me, I always eat instant noodles every evening. I am lazy to find any food to eat and I think instant noodles is easy meal to eat.

At least once a week.
I sometimes eat instant noodle because I want to eat. I do not eat because it is cheap. In fact, it is not for me because when I eat instant noodle, I usually add lots of proteins and veggies in there. This makes my instant noodle sometimes cost more expensive than eating a dish at a restaurant.

Yeah, I sometimes feel the same way. Laziness usually wins me and it stops me from going out to a restaurant for a healthy dish. I therefore end up eating instant noodle. It is so unhealthy but it surely is convenient.

Oh, about 2 years ago, I usually eat instant noodle but now I do not eat them anymore.
When I was first year student, I usually eat instant noodles in period of mid term examination.
At that time, I will eat instant noodles for 2 serves at night.
Now, I cannot remember the latest time that I eat instant noodles.
Anyway, They contain a lot of sodium which is bad for our health.
