I have tried to eat clean food and doing intermittent fasting.
I do both of them right now, and it is suitable for me.
For "IF", I eat 9 hours and fast 15 hours even though I develop my body very slowly, but I believe that I can lose my weight in a long run.

I believe that food makes me lost my weight. When i was 18, I had eaten just only egg.
Maybe 2-3 eggs per day. after that i ate vegetable and go to the gym. You know i lost my weight.
after that i don't do anything because i think i'm slim. Now i know that the way that i did isn't good. It makes me eat a lot and my gain weight.
so i think eat whatever you want and do exercise.

Eating clean food and exercise are hard to me.
Sometimes, losing weight is like the punishment of our body when we eat a lot of food.
I feel tired all the time and I don’t want to exercise anymore.

Don't eat desserts and sweet drinks.
This way can make me lose my weight but I can't do it forever.I want some sugar into my body.
I try to do hard exercises and eat clean foods.The affect is I am hungry and eat a lot of food and drinks so much.
This way can't help me to diet anymore.
At the moments,my health is not good,I change to eat more vegetable and fruits.
This way can help me a lot and I'm not tired too.

I had tried to control my eating and counting calories in every meal.
Besides, I stopped to eat sugar, sweet beverage, and carbohydrate.
I chose to eat more protein, vegetable, and fruits. However, I don't go to exercise, thou.
The result was so amazing. My weight was lost about 3-5 kilograms.
Now, my weight demands on my eating. It increases because I eat a lot.

I tried to do exercise daily and eat clean food such as fruits salad, do not eat any dessert.
Moreover, I tried to eat food by calculating calories but it did not work for me because the more I calculated, the more I felt hungry all the time. The best way for me is dividing my meal in the properly.

I tried to eat clean food and running everyday.
There is no cheat day for me.
When I cannot go to exercise, I feel I'm gonna be fat.
