The happy moments happen many times a day. However, the happiest moment is when I get up and I still see the man in a mirror sill alive. If you want to love someone, you have to start to love yourself first. If you don't learn to love yourself, I think, you will not love anybody.

I will have the happiest feeling when I eat my favorite foods.
Eating can make me happy a lot.
All I want is eating.

When I have nothing to think. Overthinking kills my happiness. However, I will find something to distract my thought. I will feel happy after eating delicious foods.
Eating is my happiness. Eating cures everything.
