I would serve a healthy food ,for example, chicken breast roasted with palm oil, fresh broccoli , and etc.
All ingredient are all from my farm which is fresh and organic.
The food are clean and affordable.

It would be a Korean restaurant if I owned a restaurant because I love Korean food especially Jokbal (족발). It is a rich, savory dish made by braising pig’s trotters in seasonings over hours until they totally absorb the flavors and are soft, shiny, and glazed with the meat falling off the bone. It is generally served in large portions, and as it is greasy and has a strong flavor, Korean diners often eat it as ssam, wrapped in a piece of lettuce with sauces and other vegetables.

It just sounds really prevailing to me because I like all of the sweet fattening drinks and desserts, so why not?
If it is really like this, I will work happily every day and I do not think I will get tired of it.

I would like to serve the real Thai food to foreigners. Since I went to Thai restaurants in
the US, the tastes of food were so different from our food here in Thailand.
Most of the owners there are rich, but they just don't know how to cook and also hire
someone who really doesn't have the skills of cooking Thai food.

WOW! this is my dream to have my own restaurant. If my dream come to I would like to serve people with Isan food.
There are many reasons why I would like to serve customers with Isan food. The priority reason is I like Isan food.
The second, I can cook it well, and I would like to see Mahasarakham have more foreigners, so I think that just the only Isan food that is the unique thing, it can make tourists want to go to Mahasarakham to eat Isan food here.
