For me, I really enjoy with Esan food because of their tastes. There are different tastes such as sour,sweet and extrem tastes such as spicy and sour. Moreover, I love Plara or firmented fish which is the main ingredient of every Esan meal. You can see Plara in many dish of Esan dish such as Somtum(papaya salad).

Yes, I really like Esan food.
Somtum is my favorite Esan food. A spicy papaya salad comprised of shredded green papaya, green beans, tomatoes, peanuts, lime, dried shrimp, garlic, chili peppers, fish sauce, and palm sugar. All the ingredients are pounded together in a mortar and the result is a salty, tangy, slightly sweet and sometimes very spicy, crispy salad. I really love it!

Yes I do, especially Isaan sausages. This yummy sausage is one of my favorite street foods. Also one of the most common.
The Isaan sausage brings a unique sour taste brought about by the fermenting of pork and sticky rice roll together in a cabbage leaf, pop in your mouth. It is amazing!!

I do love eating Isan foods so much! They are so spicy and delicious especially Somtam.
I love cooking Somtam by my own than buying from the restaurant. Sometimes the fermented fish is not so yummy. I like the one that my grandmother make it or the brand from Mike Piromporn, if you see in the market it's sell 45 per bottle and it's a bit expensive.

For me, I really like Esan food, especially Papaya salad because when I was young until now my mother always eats it with me. It is said that Papaya salad is the cause of her happiness. Another Esan food that I like is "Lab Ped". I eat it with my friends for the first time. It's very delicious food for me. I recommend you to eat it at the front of Metha grand dormitory.
