Yes! I do.I like to surprise and have surprise from my beloved friend and family includes boyfriend too.
Actually,I feel amazed about how are they have surprise something for me haha. Sometimes,I didn't know about their plan.
For me,If I want to surprise someone,I will not tell him/her.I don't know how are she/he know my plan.So,he/she is surprise me back.

It depends on situations, and my expectations for the results.
When it comes to my special occasions e.g. birthday, going back to home, new year, Christmas that I exchange a gift with someone, I love surprises because they make the occasions more fun and excited.
On the other hand, if they are about exams results, scores, or something which I am long to find out, I do not like them.
Instead, I hope for the time to come sooner and sooner.
