8 glasses is the much of water that we should drink per day.
If we didn't drink water not enough for out body want.It can effects in many things in our health.
For me,the cold water 2 or 3 bottle is appropriate to drink per day.

I have read about this topic before from a website.
It was said that people should drink about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women
and about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids for men.
For the sentence we have heard "Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day."
That's easy to remember, and it's a reasonable goal.
I also drink water about 2-3 liters a day.

Human supposed to drink water 8 liters per day. I think I drink the water less than 5 liters anyway.
When I eat something salty and spicy, I drink too much water.
I think I all people should drink at least 5 liters and me too.

Many experts say that we should drink water about 8 glasses per day, it's good for health.
For me, I think I drink water less than 8 glasses per day. Sometimes, I study all day so I can't drink water too much. It makes me have urinate. But when the weather is hot and dry, I will drink water more than 8 glasses, it makes me fresh.

Well, I actually googled about this topic, maybe a month ago.
I found that there is a formula that we can use to calculate a proper amount of water that each person should drink per day.
In fact, drinking lots of water is not good for our health. It depends on our weight too, so drinking too much water can have a negative effect on our health.
After I had calculated by using the formula, I found that the proper amount for me is just about 1.6 liters.

6-8 glasses per day is the standard that human has to drink water in one day.
For me, someday I can do it but someday I cannot do it depending on my timetable.
I want to control myself to drink more water per day.

Personally, I drink two bottles of water a day which include three liters of water. A bottle of water is never far from my reach. It has to be close to me wherever I go. I love to make my body stay hydrated due to the fact that I sweat a lot during the day. Importantly, drinking enough water can help our body including brain and muscle function properly. Keep drinking water people!

We should drink 8 glasses of water per day, this is the answer that I found on the internet.
Actually, I drink only 4 glasses of water per day because I don't like to drink water. I know it's bad for my health. So, I will try to control myself to drink 8 glasses of water per day.

Everyone may have heard that you should drink eight 8-ounce (237 milliliters) glasses of water a day (totaling 64 ounces, or about 1.9 liters).
I'm the person who drinks less than that. I will try to control myself to drink water more than now per day. I wish I could do it one day.

For me, I always drink water 3 liters per day. (about 2 big bottles).I really to read the benefit of water that
it helps your skin glowing and loss weight. I like to carry water all the time.I like to drink room temperature water than cool water.

One big bottle and a half should be enough, I think. I try to make it to at least one bottle per day, but the major obstacles that make me drink less water are tea and soda. I drink a lot of sweetened drinks currently because of the hot weather, but the fact is that those drinks cannot benefit our health as pure water even though that contain lots of water.

Water is essential to good health. The body is about 60% water. Every day we lose water through our breath and movements. this depends on the individual. Many factors (both internal and external) ultimately affect the need for water.

I think drinking at least about 8-10 glasses a day is enough. You can drink more than this if you feel thirsty. You should keep a bottle of water with you anywhere. Drinking enough water will keep you healthy.

I have known that we should drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.
Our bodies contain a lot of water so we should drink enough water a day.
It helps in the bodies' working process; especially, brain.
However, I do not drink it enough in each day, my skin becomes dried.
Therefore, I have to change my behavior by setting an alarm clock to drink water.

I have known that we should drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, but I cannot special by the glasses everyday life. I think so I drink the water about 1-2 bottles of 1.5 litters. I like to drink a lot of water in each day because I feel I hungry the water between hot atmosphere or go to the other places during the day, so I like to drink a lot of water each day.

Drinking little and often is the best way to stay hydrated. In the UK, the Eatwell Guide suggests you should aim for 6-8 glasses of water and other liquids each day to replace normal water loss – around 1.2 to 1.5 litres. Water, lower fat milk and sugar-free drinks, including tea and coffee, all count.

Personally, drinking fresh water about 1.5-2 liters per day is enough.
However, it depends on individual activities. It would say that for normal 1.5-2 liters is enough.
For a sports player, it is not enough for them. They should drink more than that.
If we aren't enough of drinking water, it will show through our physical such as dried lip.
The best way, we should bring a bottle of water when you go outside to anywhere. I suppose.

While searching on the internet, I saw a picture of a guy having such a dramatically huge transformation in his body and health, in a good way from drinking 2 liters of water each day.

I think that it depends on the person and what they are doing.
you should drink enough to replace the water you lose every day.
If you're more active, drink more. If you live a sedentary lifestyle, you don't need as much.

I drink when I am thirsty. 8 glasses is a myth. Drinking every chance you get can kill you.
Our bodies are designed to tell us when we need water.
This mechanism is called thirst.
I think it is very important because it can become dehydration.
