What do you do if you don't like vegetable?

I will bring vegetables to eat with fired-chicken or other menu that I like.
I think the taste of vegetables will better than just only eat vegetables.
If I don't want to eat,I will not eat that anymore for the examples : seaweed(in sushi) or cucumber salad.
I don't know reason why but I don't like it.

I will change the process of cooking that I cannot see the vegetable in the dish but it still.

For me, I will change the way to eat.
For instance, I don't like to eat a tomato in salad, I eat tomato juice or another form instead.
By doing this, that makes me can eat tomato which I used to hate it.
I suggest you to eat a vegetable in other forms which make you can eat more vegetables.

Personally, I used to be categorized in that type of eater as well.
Back in the past, I ate only meat, desserts, carbs, and millions more unhealthy foods.
I never liked vegetables. However, lately, I have found a new way of eating it, and it has worked well for me. It has changed my eating habit pretty well.
What I have done is that I have cooked for myself. For vegetables, I have them steamed so that they are easier to eat, and they give such fresh taste. I like it this way so much.

Um.. It's hard for me if i have to eat food that i don't like.
First of all, i will change mind set about vegetable. I will search the information about the benefit
of vegetable. And i will find what kind of vegetable that i can eat it.
Finally, I will try to eat it. If it's not okay, i will eat other fruits instead vegetable.

Well...I think I will eat fruits instead because fruits also give me a lot of vitamins such as guava can give me a lot of vitamin C and tomatoes can give me either. Furthermore, I think fruits can eat easier than vegetables.

Veggies provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of our body.
If I don't like eating veggies, I cannot get the benefits of veggies. That seems bad.
In answer to your question, I would train myself to eat veggies at least a small portion a day.
I would start with the sweet or mild taste of veggies like cucumber, pumpkin, and carrots.
If that doesn't work, drink some fresh veggies smoothy instead.
Plus, I also agree with Pornjan's answer. She said that trying to eat some fruits could help.

I will just not eating vegetable. Actually, I do not hate veggies; I just do not enloy having it. If I have to eat vegetable, I will eat it with the food that I like such as grilled pork or fried chicken. It helps a lot.

I might give you a stupid answer. If you don't like, you are not necessary to eat it.
I suggest you to buy energy drink or veggy drink instead of eating it directly.
You can eat Vitamin as well. Anyway, I personally advise you to eat real veggies because they contains a lot of vitamins and minerals which are good for your health.

Actually, vegetable is very healthy and good for health and I am a vegetarian. In the other hand, if I would not like the vegetables, I can find any food instead vegetables like vitamins capsules.
