For me,I will suggest you to watch "Peach-Eat-Laek".
This channel is Peach's channel.He can eat a lot of foods.
I am surprised about this because I never seen anyone can eat like him in Thailand.
Which it makes me feel hungry so much.

Personally, I don't watch cooking programs on Youtube but I like to watch cooking clips on Facebook and Instagram.

I have watched some, but they teach how to make cake and bakery.
They are called เชฟนุ่น So Sweet By ChefNun, and MrFoodandTravel.
I watched these two channels when I tried to make brownies with a microwave. They were really easy to understand because they explained each step very clearly.
However, I failed to make brownies.
How bad I was! But, I will definitely give it one more try.

For Thai food channel, I recommend Saii Chareonpura's channel, Aroi Sang Phap (อร่อยสร้างภาพ).
The other are GGcooking and FoodTravelTVChannel.
And the English food channel is English Heritage. You can learn British accent through video contents.

Instagram is an social media application I follow an account that show me how to cook easily within 1 minute.

In contrast, I can suggest you about eating channel.
I like "Boon Tharis" when he went to restaurant and "Bear Hug".
Bear Hug is not channel for food directly but they often find some delicious food during thier journey.
