In the past, I was so shy to speak with other people.
Because I didn't have much more confident.
In the present, I dare to speak out more and more.
How to make me self confident, I think be yourself as you can. No one is perfect, but try to be yourself and do your best. Be yourself can create confident. Although you sometimes lose face,
it makes you learn from your mistake.

For the example: I joined GCC camp2016-2018 with my friends,so this camp can help me to learn culture and stay with friends in other country.

Make sure you do your best! I'd like to present an example of mine when I've done something good because of my confidence. I practiced hard and do it many many times until I'm sure I'm at my best. This thought can increase my confidence so well since I think I cannot be even better. And I can posses failure because I'm at my best.
