For me,I love to use "Hoi pao hua" brand to eat with a rice or boiled-eggs.
I think the taste is really tasty than other brand that I ever eaten before.

For me, I like Maggi sauce. Actually, I don't like smell of fish sauce, but I usually add Maggi in my plate.
Maggi is a dipping sauce, which has nice aroma along with unique taste that comes from the natural fermented soy bean. Can be used to dip or sprinkle on any menus.

I think it was Khon Bag Khoong or in English is called "the man carries the shrimp" It was so yummy because I remember that when I was younger, my grandmother putted it in the porridge and I love it since now. Today's life I take Tippparod for cooking but it is so salty not yummy as Khon Bag Khoong.

Normally, I don't like fish sauce. I don't like salty food. So, I don't seasoning food with fish sauce anymore.
The studies have suggested that fermented fish sauce is related to an increased risk for nasopharyngeal, thyroid and gastric cancers and has suspicious carcinogenic and promoting effects in the laboratory. However it could be healthy in some ways. Don't put fish sauce in your food too much.

However, Megachef band is good too.
You can buy Megachef band easier than Pao hua band at the general malls.

I think some of fish sauce brand taste is a little sweet. I try to avoid eating salty food, but it is so hard for me to do that.
Eating salty food is a way to increase the risk level of the kidney failure, so it is not good for our health.
