As a quiet person, do you often feel like no one has gotten to know the real you?

No. There are many people who knows the real me; assuming the ‘real me’ refers to an unchanging version of myself, which isn’t necessarily true. I change the way I interact and act base on the people I am with; that doesn’t make me any less ‘me’.
