yes, I experienced it by myself many years ago. Recently, it's happening. A lucid dream is a dream during which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment; however, this is not actually necessary for a dream to be described as lucid.

I have read about lucid dreaming and I love it! Lucid dreaming is the ability to observe and control your dreams. It transforms your inner dream world into a living alternate reality - where everything you see, hear, feel, taste and even smell is as authentic as real life.

Yes, I have read some article before. It tall that the term "lucid dream" was coined by Dutch writer and psychiatrist Frederik van Eeden in 1913 in his article "A Study of Dreams." However, lucid dreaming has been known and practiced since ancient time. It is part of the ancient Hindu practice of yoga nidra and the Tibetan practice of dream yoga. Aristotle referred to lucid dreaming. The physician Galen of Pergamon used lucid dreaming as part of his medical practice.
