Gym center or sports?

I always go to gym center when I want to work out.
Because I want to know all of calories that I lose.

Sports! I like to play sports because it is more fun and I can play with my friends. It is like exercise and play at the same time. Gym center is way too boring for me. However, I still go to the gym just for the dancing class.

Trainers and assistants can help you to ecercise in the right way.
It really helpful for your health. Somebody exercise in the wrong way for long time, it wastes time too much, moreover it also cause danger to your body.
